Master Classes

Each year, Infinity Theatre Company is proud to bring industry experts to Annapolis to lead our Summer Master Class Series. The classes are open to the public for students ages 15 and up, and will include classes on audition technique, musical theatre dance, song interpretation/performance, monologue prep & technical theatre.

College Internships

Our goal is to inspire and help prepare current students and recent graduates for theatre in higher education and immersion into the professional theatre business. Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals and gain valuable skills. Acting Interns understudy and/or perform in main stage productions, while Technical and Stage Management Interns work with established professionals in their field of expertise. All interns are involved in our Theatre For Young Audiences production and have technical and front-of-house responsibilities throughout the season. Interns also have the opportunity to join the EMC program, and are invited to see our summer shows and take part in master classes free of charge.

College students and recent graduates are invited to apply and audition for our 2015 Summer Internship Program. We attend StrawHat Auditions in New York City. For questions, please email Director of Educator, Robin Cannon Colwell.

For those interested in membership in Actors’ Equity Association, Infinity does offer Equity Membership Candidate (EMC) points.

High School Internships

Infinity also offers part-time summer internships to local high school age students interested in learning more about professional theatre. Students spend their time observing rehearsals, working backstage, ushering, assisting in the box office, helping with publicity and events, and participating in classes.

 

Artistic Workshops for Kids

Infinity Theatre Company offers artistic workshops for kids ages 3 – 12 led by professional teaching artists. Workshops include theatre games, improvisation, movement, music, and more! We can customize the classes to fit the needs and size of your group. Infinity is currently booking workshop dates for Summer 2015!
